If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Cancellations

Cancellation Duration:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed, and you will need to wait until you receive the item to initiate a return.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Duration:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies, typically within 5-10 business days.

After successful investigation of unboxing video & your concern regarding your return of goods, we will register a shipment return order for you within 24 hours.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Record proper unboxing video so that It will be the proof if item is broken or not in good condition.
  • The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • The Goods are not been damaged by yourself.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
